Hi. Trying to spec memory for MSI Creator X299 with 10980xe CPU. Corsair seems the most rated option, but the SPD is only 2133. Ideal memory would be SPD 2933 and 4000 rating on XPD, because it is fast native if the XMP profile does not work. Most memory on the QVL list is out of date. Any help appreciated, and comment on the memory list comment "When running X.M.P on the compatibility list to 4000MHz or higher, system stability is limited by the CPU’s integrated memory controller."

Thanks for comment so far. Have the board and cpu left over from last year for uncompleted build due to scarce graphics cards. Don't know what to do now. From reading thought to use 1R 4x8Gb Corsair, and safest seems to be CMK32GX4M4B3600C18 run on XMP profile, except for the SPD being so low if I run into problems. The board will run as high as 4266, but I do not want to get involved with tweaking settings as I frankly do not know what I am doing. I just want to optimise the board.
