I have tried that but it seems the LED Visualizer in GeForce Experience only works on Nvidia reference cards.I have had a quick google and you can disable it through the Nvidia Experience software.

The gaming app has to run at every startup for it to disable the LED.Cant you disable it with the gaming app and then uninstall the app?
Thats how most other manufacturers controlling software works.
