The membrane keyboards, sorry, "memchanical", actually have a decent bit of tactile feedback for a membrane and shouldn't be discounted. Especially for anyone buying for a young person who may not appreciate mechanical, or smash up their mechanical in a fit of rage! The Mech keyboards have Cherry switches and a nice look to them.

The highlights for me though are the GM60 and GM70 myself and @Robbie_G have been testing them for the last week or two in the office and are both mightily impressed. It is a memchanical with a slight bit of tactile feedback but there isn't any clicking. There is more noise on the return than bottoming out.

quieter than a full mech, louder than a full membrane.
