**MSI HASWELL GAMING LAPTOPS NOW IN STOCK WITH RADEON 8970M & GTX 780M!!**

Will there be a GX70 with Blu ray drive ? The spec is perfect for me apart from that.

Also do they have the warranty void sticker on the drive cover like the GX60 did. If so how would the warranty stand if you added your own SSD and broke the seal there was talk about this not being a problem but would need confirmation.

Cheers

Does not void warranty. No Blu ray, but we sell Blu ray drives separately.

None of that here!! Gaming laptops are awesome :D

Whilst some people may think that, what is the advantage of these over a PC? I mean I don't go to Starbucks and see people playing BF3 online whilst drinking their Mocha. Personally I could only play a game sat at a stable desk with more space than NASA use; in a home environment, also not forgetting a stable connection.

Come on Hybs, portability! LAN gamers love these things! :D

They are also great for anybody who travels often and might find themselves on a flight somewhere, or on a business trip, staying overnight in a travel-lodge, visiting relatives or even for college or uni students to have a break from work in a break and start up their favorite game. It also makes it easy for students to move their systems from their dorm room to their home, and back again in the holidays. Need I list any more of the countless situations where having a portable gaming system is invaluable? :D

It also eliminates the need to have two machines. Many people, myself included, have a cheap laptop and a decent gaming desktop. I find transferring files between the two to be a massive pain in the arse, I get to college/work, realise that a file is on my desktop and I dont have it. Its annoying. If I wasn't such a hardware nut, who loves building and upgrading a desktop, this would be a fantastic option.

Well I take my laptop round to my friends' houses to play games etc, and I also am going to be starting uni this year, so I can take my laptop to and from my house easily, I can also watch movies and tv shows in bed whenever I want :D

The OCUK website listed resolution as 1600x900?

Are there two different panels then or is there a mistake?
