MSI MPG 322URX 32" 4K 240hz QD-OLED

Hi, understand you wouldn't want to name the retailer, but do you know whether the exclusive means it'll be limited to in-store availability, or whether it will be offered online by the high street retailer as well? Thanks!
I assume it would be available through all their channels.

I asked in my local Currys about the MPG322URX. The guy who was in his late 50s / early 60s told me the OLEDs currys currently have only go up to 144hz.

He didnt seem to care when I showed him the 321URX on the Currys website. Probably just wanted to go home for a Sunday roast and a tea. Super customer service as every from them.

I got this last week, it is nice to have a high refresh rate monitor for Doom and older games that run at the speed, but man QD OLED is so dim compared the LG C2 :(
I believe this is a limitation of the pixel density, but again anyone considering these should be aware. Thankfully this is a work reimbursement thing so not out of my own pocket

Dim?

My OLED has the same panel as the 322URX and its blinding at anywhere near max brightness!

People should not be surprised like they sometimes are that these monitors are dimmer in HDR than even the smaller oled tvs. These new qd oled 4k monitors (and similar others) have 200-250 nits less in hdr in 10% window when compared to 42 inch LG OLEDS. What is more, if you compare them to 55 inch and up TVs the gap widens even more. Take the S90D Samsung qd oled TV for example, its hdr brightness in 10% window is 700 nits more (450 vs 1200 cd/m2) This is an enormous difference. The other huge factor is the size - the bigger the screen the more impressive the HDR. However, if someone does not care about hdr brightness but high fps, then a monitor is definitely worth considering. Would I pay more or the same amount for an 32 inch 4k qd oled monitor than for a 65 inch qd oled TV? Nope.
