Msi R6850 Cyclone Problem

I have a MSI R6850 Cyclone PE and installed the latest drivers off the msi website (8.796)

The problem I have is that the card is supposed to have 3 clock profiles, and hence idle at 100/150.
BUT the memory is idling at 1100 instead.

After messing around looking for a cause, I discovered something.

If I disable my second monitor (be it in windows desktop manager or catalyst) and just have a single monitor the clocks idle at 100/150 :S

This occurs regardless of the screen (which are connected to both dvi inputs.

Any thoughts?

Is that the 59 minute bump

I though it was a deliberate "feature" that the card runs higher clocks with 2 screens.

Presumably the idle clocks of 100/150 are too low when running dual screens.
