MSI Tomahawk and GFX card

Hi all, a question regarding a purchase I'm thinking of.
1. Will the MSI B350 Tomahawk motherboard be able to fit a 1080 ti graphics card that takes up 2.5 slots? I understand the M.2 slot sits near to or under the GPU. Would this be blocked by such a big gfx card?

It can still be used (the M.2) but it does hide it. Will be the same for all boards with a sole M.2 slot in the same position, even with dual-slot thickness GPUs. There are some with an M.2 slot above the primary GPU slot if you prefer.
