Just building a pc around this. The usb3 headers jusb3/jusb4. Can I use either for the front panel connector? My cables are neater if I skip jusb3 and just use jusb4.

Also first time using the usbc motherboard connector, I assume it only goes in one way?

Yes you can use either and look on the connector, there’s a bit of plastic on one side with a blank section on the connector on the board so you can’t plug it in the wrong way.
