20 min login, try upgrading msn 7 to 8.1 or higher? I'm surprised 7 logs in at all to be honest.
It sounds like its an issue with your internet connection, rather than your computer. What's that theme you have running and what are the specs of your system? (doubt it's the cause, but tell us and we'll see).

I don't like the more new msn tho they are so crap.
I have 3MB at the min tho and that is grate as I mostly only get about 1.5
