Hooooooooray.
Perhaps my kids will get some work done.

actually they'll spend even more time worrying about why MSN doesn't work than they would spend talking to people if it did work :p

It's amazing, the status thing actually says they're having problems. Not working for me.

Ok so that did just make me chuckle a whole bunch.
Am still signed in by the way, just keep trying it folks. ;)

it seems the whole .NET Passport has went down. All sites that use .NET passport that i use are not letting me log in and coming back with database errors, example is channel9.msdn.com

Considering it took almost an hour after the first problems were posted about before it admitted there was a problem i'd say it was a rubbish place to start personally.

Heavens above, almost an hour! After all, this is certainly a problem right up there with world poverty, the situation in the Middle East, etc. How dare they take almost an hour to let people using a free service know that there might be an issue with it?

:p

MSN Messenger being down is not the end of the world. The MSN team not letting everyone know that there is a problem with it is not the end of the world. The amount of wailing that goes on (not necessarily on this forum, happens much worse on other forums) every time the MSN service is unavailable always amazes me - I want to see what would happen if MSN and other programs like it, MySpace and similar websites, and YouTube all went down at the same time. I reckon if you could harness the power of all the whinging and turn it into electricity you'd have enough to power Los Angeles for six minutes....
