msn display pics???

right, i know its about msn, and so i should be shot etc.

but you wouldnt believe how many times i get asked why i dont have a pic of me as my display pic on msn. so i am throwing the question open to you lot.

do you have a pic of you as your display pic?

Nope, as it bugs me when others put images of people on regardless of it's them or some other person, as i'd rather not have to look at their ugly mug.

So in the end I turn the images off + it makes for a bigger text area.

Yup because I love myself - and I get to look at me when I'm talking to people.

I usually minimise that window though.

i'd say its about half and half, a lot of people do have them in my experience, i dont but have done on the odd occasion.

Yeah I have a pic of me as my DP but that's mainly because i talk to many people online that have never seen me in RL

Nope I don't have a picture of anything unless I'm on someone elses computer and can't change the settings, it just takes up a bit of space which means scrolling through more to read messages and I can't be bothered with that. I tend to hide the pictures of people I'm chatting to after the first 10 seconds as well for the same reason.

I use a picture of a clunge.

I don't think I know anyone who doesn't use a pic - its just something that naturally ties in with your name these days.
