I'm sorry but if you think about it sending it to 18 people would mean that anyone using the email after a couple of days would hear about msn if they haven't already and the bbc website to back it up that they may be charging (fair enough it was out of date) but this made me think (or not think according to u)

If any email tells you to forward to x amount of people you can automatically disregard it straight away. No legitimate reason for it.
