MSN msg delivery issues

Has anyone been experiencing MSN delivery msg issues over the past 48 hours? I can send to some ppl with no issues but others it says msg cant be delivered, then after about 20 retries they get the msg.

I'm using 24Mbit+ ADSL2.

I've been getting that. A mate of mine is implying its my computer or Uni network because he can talk OK with another MSN contact.

I've since moved to Miranda and it seems OK now. He's on Gaim so perhaps the WLM client is screwed somehow?

**Edit** Apparently its gone again so not Miranda then.

Well Gaim does the same for me too - it doesn't work... it seems only certain ppl have this issue in my contact list.

I get that sometimes, not once yesterday or today though
 
its been happening to me for the better part of 2 years! with both pipex and ukonline i frequently don't get messages delivered and both on my PC and 360 msn disconnects completely at random intervals never usually more than 10 mins after i open it.
