What on earth makes you think that's a mullet? He's obviously a headbanger/metal-head and that is absolutely nothing like a mullet. Unless you know him and this is a wind-up, in which case, yes, that's a definite case of business at the front, party at the back.

In the 80's I somehow managed to have black and pink hair extensions in a mullet, dire, sadly I thought it rocked at the time..............:o
