Multi directional fans

Basically i need a new 120mm fan, my graphics card fan sits to the left of my cases fan port, about 50% over it, can you buy a fan that you can adjust so it blows air at an angle, i'd only need a slight adjustment but i'd prefer it if i could blast cool air directly at the whole of cards fan intake rather than at half of it

Never seen anything myself. How about just adding some fins/ducting to direct the air in that direction?

or create some kind of wedge where the top two screw are longer and use something as a spacer for the top two screws, so when u tighten it up the bottom will come in further and angle the airflow down
