anyone know any software that will stop min full screen games when clicking on something in other monitor?

I don't think there is any, you have to run the game in fullscreen window mode to stop that. Not all games have the option, but a lot of them do.

Actual multi monitor does that, wanted to know if there were any others and maybe a free version

The only way to by pass this problem is to put games into borderless window mode which can be done if you have a look at this thread over on the steam forums http://forums.steamgames.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2675769

I have used it before on SimCity and The Secret world without any problems.
