Multi-person image editing

I'm looking for a website or program that will let me, and 3 or 4 other people draw on an image in realtime. Kind of a multiplayer paint. Realtime is preferable, though a little delay will be fine, just not too much.
Ideally, it would be best if nothing needs to be installed, but if thats not possible then so be it.

Back in my old school days, netmeeting use to have a conference blackboard thingy. But apart from that i really wouldn't know where to start apart from hitting google for conference blackboard software?

MSN Live Messenger has an app called whiteboard- it does this, IIRC.

Not sure about the usability on this thing but you could always try GoToMeeting. I can get a free trial from the Chris Pirillo website, they use it all the time, as I said I don't know much about what it can do.
