I don't know when it comes to enterprise kit, but consumer I don't think so. If I assume you're using regular phone companies and SIM cards then you're probably not going to be fussed about double NAT so I'd buy a 'regular' LTE router or modem for each SIM card and put them all in front of a more configurable router that can do the load balancing across the different connections, either a pfSense box or a Mikrotik router or similar.
To add, the key here is that there are plenty of products that do what you want when presented with multiple WAN connections over an ethernet cable, so what I'm suggesting is to present those 4G signals as ethernet connections to something using kit like this: https://www.netgear.com/home/products/mobile-broadband/lte-modems/LB1120.aspx
