Multi video conferencing, possible with what?

Is there anything freeware wise that can be used for video conferencing between 3 or more parties?

Trying to link 3 uni houses atm.

It will only do what MSN can do which is one to one.

Skype can audio conference calls with upto five users with the current version. No video conferencing though.
