I was having fun until I was surrounded and blasted to bolivia by a perfectly aligned/spaced circle of ~10 apparently non-AI craft.

How is this fun, there's no strategy to it. It's just a case of pick a direction and see how long you can go before enough people run into you.

Yeahhhh...

I just went into what can only be described as the "space outside the space". Where if I went north, south, west or east... I'd meet a group of stationary ships all floating in the same direction. And when I went towards them they'd all converge on me... So I flew straight into them, and they went back to normal.

Pretty sure most, if not all of them, are AI.
