Yes but I'm talkign about size, breakdowns, what vehicles, what rules, etc...

Been playing openttd for ages in singleplayer lol:

Will take awhile for me to get used to start a new game again lol with money that isn't infinate and with worthy players not worthelss AI.
Not used to monorail & maglev either, I keep to trains as I like expanding my network and can't be bothered to recreate like 400 trains lol, also just dislike them for their speed I prefer to stick to a bit slower trains it's a bit more realistic.

Sim city 4 deluxe + mods, check out simtropolis (google

)

This is an old 16 bit game for transporting stuff, you create rails & roads etc but you don't actually build the cities etc...
It's nothing like simcity imo but then again I haven't played sc2k in like 10 years or so i can't recall how it was as I was just 6 or something around it.
It's not like sc3k or sc4 anyhow.
