Can you use multiple displays when running the current 98xx/38xx cards in SLI/Crossfire mode, Or you you have to disable SLI/Crossfire to get two displays to work ?
 
You can on CrossfireX, not SLi, need to disable SLi to run dual monitors on Nvidia cards, rubbish aint it, CrossfireX is in a different league to crappy SLi, Nvidia need to give it an overhaul, bring it up to date.:)

It made me laugh that the GX2 cannot run two displays without SLI being disabled, Wasnt sure if it was like that across the whole Nvidia range. Seems like more thought was put behind the basics of Crossfire than SLI :)

Yeah thats across the whole range, still have to use the same 2x series cards as well, LMAO. :D
 
They cannot even get TRI or Quad SLI to work with the same cards well, Just think of the bugs it it you could use different cards lol
