Quick question really. Currently i have the Medusa headphone set which, through the use of the amp allows me to have multiple inputs easily from 360/ps3/pc. The build quality of the headphones leaves a bit to be desired however and another pair has broken from mere wear and tear.

So my question is how do people run sound from multiple sources into one pair of headphones? Is there a splitter cable i could easily use, a better set of amped headphones or is it merely a case of line in to the PC?

When it comes to Audio its not my strong point, so simplicity helps too. Ive had enough problems with trying to get those composite style cables to work with normal inputs etc as it is (See i dont even know the names!) so dont baffle me with audio-speak!

Excellent, thanks for the quick replies. I doubt OC sell them and given we cant talk about competitors so no direct sell links but does anyone have any reccomendations? Obviously a model number/manufacturer link wouldnt break rules.

2 inputs + 2 outputs would be great. Id still use my old medusa if it wasn't for the fact the output is bespoke.

You may find it better just to pick up a fairly oldish hifi amp - my 5.1 amp has about 12 pairs of inputs (Across digital and analog) with headphone amp built in, plus the obvious speaker amps.

Also had post-volume line level outputs which is useful for feeding my active studio monitors.

The other advantage of doing it this way is that you get a remote control too. Mine is a fairly good yamaha, second hand £100, there is a lot to be had for a lot less.

A Hi-Fi preamp is ideal, since you don't need speaker outputs. However cheap ones arn't so common as they are usually reserved for the more high-end setups.
