Muscle knots

I have 2 little knots on side of my neck at the moment. Was sore last week but not sore now

Pressing on it hurts like a beeoch tho

Get your boyfriend to massage them out for you.

I have tight muscles in my legs as well as a few muscle knots. A few sessions of sports massage soon sorts it out, but it is very painful! Last time she was pushing into it with her fingers then digging into it with her knuckles after.

how do you tell the difference between muscle knot's and a pulled muscle?

I must say, i have never had a muscle knot in my life.
