So it's less than 2 weeks now, what, 11 days?

Who's going?

I know we had a thread about this in the past i think, but it was more about ordering the tickets and all that jazz.

I'll be traveling down from Manchester by coach on the Friday, staying at my mates sisters on the Friday night ready to be at Wembley by 1 on Saturday! Then staying at a local Travel Lodge and off home by coach on Sunday at 6pm.

I honestly cannot wait for it, especially with them bringing back songs like Unintended and Micro Cuts in recent festivals, even Blackout had a play!

Ahhhh! :D

I'm going and I can't wait. I'll be driving up with a few mates on the saturday morning and drive back straight after it as I have work in the morning.
Also looking forward to seeing The streets supporting them. :)

Dirty pretty things are also confirmed as the third support band which should be half decent as well.

I'm going down for the sunday- Biffy Clyro  And despite being very old, I'm a big MCR fan as well. Fair to say I'd have been annoyed if we had tickets for the other day.

Going on the sunday, gonna be mashed, going to newquay for a 5 day pissup, next day its summer ball which is 8pm to 6am pissup, later that day its the sunday and going to muse, the day after that its my first day at new job ;D

I'll have just had an op so I can't go now :( The wife is still going with our friends though, the callous woman is leaving me at home to dribble on my pilow! I was really looking forward to seeing Biffy Clyro, been a fan of them for ages.

Lucky buggers the lot of you, be sure to take pics and post them up here guys. Was going to pick up tickets, but being up in Aberdeen and having seen them up here just a few months ago, thought it'd be a bit OTT travelling down to Wembley for it, considering I don't get a lot of holiday time too. :( Ah well!

going on the saturday...cant wait!

dirty pretty things supporting, any ideas as to who else?

really annoyed that biffy are on the sunday though...that would have made my day!

I'm down for the 16th.

Are Rodrigo y Gabriela still down as support?

If so, i'm looking forward to them more than Muse!

But I didn't realise that there were different supports on different days - where did you guys get your info from?

I also want estimated timings if anyone knows where I can get those from ;) cheers!

i went last year to the arena, was pretty awesome but he support band i hated... noissetes or what ever they were called.

Isn't My Chemical Romance only for 14-16 year old emo girls? :( If anything them playing as support'd make me choose the other day! :D

Nah, if you ask me once you scrape off the face paint there's a great band under there. Call 'em emo if you want but I reckon they've got more in common with classic rock and the whole mid-90s britrock thing. Some day I'll convince someone that some of their songs sound like Therapy? with an american accent. There's always an assortment of old folks in t-shirts for Queen, Thunder, the Wildhearts, Therapy?, AC/DC in the crowd- you'd take them for escorting parents till they start singing along and headbanging :)

Or, you can go to the bar during their set. But I reckon I'm going to have a better day than most folk :D

(I mean it about the Therapy? thing- you can take a lot of their songs and give them an irish accent, maybe slow 'em down a notch... Thank You For The Venom works best.)

My perfect playlist:

Citizen Erased
Muscle Museum
Showbiz
Apocalypse Please
Bliss
New Born
Hysteria
Stockholm Syndrome
Supermassive Black Hole
Shrinking Universe
Plug in Baby
House of the Rising Sun

lol i cannot wait!!!!!!!!!!!

I managed to get tickets for the 17th from the bay. Can't wait!

I know they won't play it, but i want Futurism and Hyper Music!

Got my seated tickets for the Saturday. I originally bought 4 but have been blown out by two people so looks like I'll have to get rid of those two tickets before next week. Muse were fantastic at Wembley Arena last year, just hope they can do as good a show in the stadium during daylight.
