MW2 and not able to connect

I have done a few searches and still come up with no real answer, since the recent update my MW2 will not join any games people on steam are in. The NAT has always been strict on my system I have never been able to get rid of that either. But now all that I get is awaiting connection countdown I have a DG834PN and Eset NOD32 (turning off the firewall makes no difference either)

Help please!

I use this program for all my port forwarding needs.

You select your router select your games and it opens your ports related to that game pretty simple.

This seems to do the same as above program but still says I have a strict NAT!
