mw3 pre load is live now

bops ran fine on my system with my old ati 4850 i would get close 2 125 fps never skipped a beat.

basically its not cool to like cod anymore and bf3 is the latest in thing even though bf3 is trying to become cod and get its sales.

people should forget about silly nerds raging and just play the games they like.

i like bf3 and cod what does it matter.

cod is played by more .

bf3 sold 5 million first week cod will sell more than that day one !
bops sold nearly three times as many copies than bc2 on pc !
so will mw3 !

There's no nerdrage on my part, thank you very much. Someone asked why CoD was now viewed in a negative way by some gamers and I answered them.

It's not 'cool' to dislike CoD, either: many poor decisions made by the devs and the publishers have pushed one-time fans away - there's no denying that. For the record I don't play BF at all and have put more hours into CoD games than most people, from the very first installment. If people like it, they like it.
 
Keeps crashing and hanging steam on my system then it won't restart. Have to safe mode clear out steam before it will load again, might have to start again and wipe the 43% that I have

Some people seem to skip MW3 due to what happened with BLOPS release and others seem to be skipping MW3 due to what happened with MW2 and then there's those who still wanted to give the game a shot but are skipping MW3 due to what.. they have told us about the PC version of MW3. It all probably adds to poor PC sales and perhaps slightly increased console sales from PC gamers jumping to the console ship.

BLOPS had technical problems for months but it offered proper dedicated servers and a FOV you could play with. I personally had zero issues so I was very hyped for MW3 and I consider BLOPS a great multiplayer game.

MW2 on PC was a complete disaster with P2P matchmaking and unplayable FOV. Personally I consider MW2 the worst game of the whole series by far though I never played CoD3 MP because the game was not available on PC.

MW3 on PC seems to have unplayable FOV and no ranked dedicated servers ie. those who play the game on public servers to have fun and gain ranks won't be able to do that. Ranking system is completely limited to MW2 style P2P matchmaking which still remains an abomination and something no one should ever be forced to use. Meanwhile a smaller user base is excited because MW3 offers unranked dedicated servers ie. server admin decides what is unlocked on the server. It's a great system for clan gaming but sadly comes at a high cost.

I'm skipping MW3 for two reasons: the FOV and the lack of ranked dedicated servers. Still, I'm pretty hyped for the game and really enjoyed the IGN and Gamespot streams with 402. Sadly due to their handling of the PC version I'll never buy nor enjoy the game.
