MX Rev forgetting settings

I got an MX Rev last week, and I've got a little problem whereby it's 'forgetting' button mapping settings. Mostly concerning the middle wheel button - it's assigning it to enable/disable the free scroll.

I've tried the uberOptions package as well, and it's still doing it.

Has anyone else had these issues, and maybe have a fix?

hmm not sure really had mine for a few days and after I figured out free scroll its been like that for 4 days running. Ive set mine to disabeled and always free scroll in the settings.

Have u tried to get the latest setpoint logitech software ?
 
Mine forgets the settings for the wheel too, forgets what speed I've set scroll to. But this only happens if I use the thumb wheel to enter "document flip" mode, and ONLY for the iexplore.exe managed program.

I found the only solution was to delete iexplore.exe from managed programs and have Internet Explorer take its mouse behaviour from the default settings.
 
I don't really use Internet Explorer on this PC, plus every time I delete programs from the managed programs, they reappear upon restart?
