    http://www.mx-system.com/

    Anyone used this?

About to build a website, had started using php, html and css but it is going to contain about 50 pages all of which will be updated and changed regularly.

Will this mxBB Portal be a good way of easily maintaining pages?

    Cheers.

Theres alot of options in there which you may find you dont need want, to be honest, if its just pages that you want then you'll be better off with a content managment system not a portal.

I've tried Mambo/Joomla but I really don't want to have to go through customising a template etc.

My forum template is perfect for what I want, so i'd like to try mxBB.

Sounds like you've decided then already but if mxBB is using phpBB's template then I caution you using phpBB because it has a reputation for vunrabilities.
