My 2 day mini tour of Wales - Thoughts

I really need to do something like this, I like down in Bridgend so this is all in my neck of the woods and I don't take advantage of it enough

For that wales trip I used just a Kriega R30 rucksack and the tank bag, but for the other 2 day camping trip I did used a US30 and the R30 and tank bag.

I'll have my 2x US20's by tomorrow so will load them up full of stuff at the weekend and put them on the bike to see how it all sits, 70l worth :D
 
The only problem I found using the 30 and 2 20 set up was when they were all full it was a bit of a pain getting the straps that attach it all to the bike nice and tight. Although I was trying to throw it all on as one block, I'd probably have found it easier if I'd hooked it all together on the bike.

Yup, you're supposed to put the 30 on, get that nice and tight, then everything else is easy to get on.
