My 2yo Custom build feedback required.

Hi all.

It's been just under 2 years now since i built my gaming rig, i build it mainly to enable me to play BF4 at max settings which it does very easily, 2years is a long time when it comes too PC technology and was wondering how my system stands today is it classed as a low. mid, or high-end rig and could it run the new games on max settings. The rig cost me Aprox £1200 to build. Thanks for any feedback.

Memory-16gb Corsair Vengeance 1600mhz
Gpu-Gigabyte Windforce HD7970 stock settings
Corsair H60 Watercooler
120gb SSD
1.5TB HDD
AOC 1080p monitor
Antec600 Gaming Case
Windows 7 Home 64

Your system is more than fine for 1080p gaming. Wait it out till next year when Broadwell comes out then decide whether you should upgrade or not.

Sounds pretty similar to mine and I don't have any problems with any games yet. I think skylake may be me next investment and 20nm GPU's.
But yeah its still a pretty good system.
