My 360 just died, what a joke!

I had a thread in GD a while back where I was pursuing some out of warranty repairs.

I paid a lot of money for said system.

It has broken.

I find this unreasonable.

They will fix it.
 
Call them up and see if they will help you out. As long as it is just out of warranty you might get lucky. No harm in trying.

Yeah just got off the phone with them, £75 quid for a repair and 3 months warrenty.

I'm going to spend a couple of days thinking about it.

Might get a Brand new 4Gb one and stick the old hard drive into the new one. I haven't decided
 
Deffo at least try the Sale of Goods Act route with it...this is a known problem after all.

Perhaps buy a new one anyway and sell the other one when it is fixed...I wouldn't waste £75 on a repair personally.
 
It happend to my first one just after they increased the time limit on RROD, got it repaired then upgraded to a slim, much better cooling system and i added a USB laptop cooler to it... searched everywhere for one with green lights then some guy from my city popped up selling them on ebay great buy looks awesome floating on clear perspex with green LED's.

Look into it, it's never got warm again
