Hey all. My 360 given up
had it from day one. Rang up ms and couldnt get anying out of them...out of warrenty. 80 to get it fixed...what shall i do

Not take no for an answer. A £280 console should not be failing 18months later - you could argue that it should last at least 5 years.Adam Senior said:Hey all. My 360 given uphad it from day one. Rang up ms and couldnt get anying out of them...out of warrenty. 80 to get it fixed...what shall i do

Just want to add something - it's the retailer you need to speak to if you want to go down the sale of goods act route. Technically speaking you didn't buy it from Microsoft so you have no legal redress against them, but you do have a solid case against the retailer who actually sold you the 360.thor said:Not take no for an answer. Look into the Sale Of Goods Act and begin legal proceedings. The fact that the 360 has known reliability problems should make it an easy win.
