Don
Last night I was doing my usual workout at the gym. I set the treadmill for 12km/h and started running.
Shortly after starting, my iPod fell out of my pocket and landed on the side of the treadmill. In my haste to save it, I stopped running and attempted to pick it up, neglecting to stop the treadmill first.
You can guess what happened next.
The result was me, spread-eagled on my back, behind the treadmill with the whole gym laughing at me.
The woman who was on the cross trainer behind me exclaimed that she had seen people do that in comedy TV programmes and in films but never in real life.
Think I'll stick to running outside from now on.
