Hi my Amp only has 1 HDMI output but I would like to run all my connected devices to 2 x displays. I dont want to be pulling my table stand out all the time and having to change cables etc.

Is there some type of switch box or something I can use ?

I bought an HDMI splitter off the bay about 14 months ago, from a Chinese seller, as they were about 1/4 the price at the time.

Works great, just a little black box, LEDs on the front to show what input and outputs are in use, and a tiny IR remote, 3 inputs and 2 outputs, which is all I needed, primarily I use it to connect my PS3 to my TV and my projector, to save cable swapping. As it happens, it allows both displays to be used at the same time too.

The only downside, was that it came with a two pronged power plug, so I had to get an adaptor to plug it into the mains here in the UK, but it's worked fine ever since I got it.

Vin.

EDIT: One other minor niggle with it, is that my PS3 can't detect 24hz mode when using the splitter. If I connect my projector straight to the PS3, and leave the PS3 set to auto, it'll pick up that my projecto can do 24hz.
Seeing as my TV (Bravia 40w2000) doesn't support 24hz mode, I have to manually change it if I want to view a bluray on the TV. It's very rare I do however, so no real annoyance, but just thought I'd mention it.

Hi, I would like to use the same schema, with a TV and a projector, did you notice any kind of loss or artifact in the signal, while using the splitter?

thank you
