na i work for SCC education and we got some to play with seeing as we are now an apple partner

A friend of mine walked into the Apple store on Regent St on Wednesday and got given a free one as the 100th customer of the day. Lucky sod.

ahhh wsn't such a wild guess anyway, I know megastore managers got some ipod free because I supplied some skullcandy headphones to go in their goody bags

I'm loving my Ipod so far. Video quality is quite awesome. Watched a movied at work yesterday. Yep - pretending to read a document has never been so much fun.
Only thing is that it takes forever to re-encode into a suitable format.
