My B-grade nightmare

**B Grade** Antec TruePower 550 Watt PSU
**B Grade** Intel Core 2 Duo E6850 "LGA775 Conroe" 3.00GHz

If you ordered the above, what would you expect??

Even though it looked complete fail I decided to try it out and it wouldnt even boot up the PC. Then I put in another power supply and booted up the PC only to find the E6850 is actually an E6600! :eek:

Any advice??

Send them a webnote...in this situation I'd make it clear that I wouldn't acquiesce to the return postage costs.

Yeh I think I have no other option but to RMA, its just a pain as it was for my brother as he has been working away all week and I was getting it ready for when he came home.

I was thinking the postage would cost a fortune especially with a heavy power supply, they should send a courier out to me I would hope?

Think someone has had a special moment when labelling the B-Grade up.
