My be a daft question

I have VM 100mb with the superhub in modem only and my own router,

At my pc wired direct into the router i get pretty much 100mb or just under
but all wireless devices max at 38-40mb is there settings i need to look at or is it down to the wifi devices to what speed they can get?,
i run ipads,iphone,ps3,xbox.

40-60Mbits/s is realistically pretty much tops for 802.11n so all is fine.

Your wireless speed depends on the adapters and the transmitter/antennae in the devices/router. But as the guys say your speeds are good.
