seems fine now with the new Yuasa in. Looks like it's temp dependant as it starts fine now it's 10c again. ktm recommend to go with thinner oil if running near 0c but I'm not gonna do it for just a few weeks of the year.
You should be able to find a higher cold crank /amps battery that will still fit in the battery box.
That what I did with my ZR7, I now have a battery meant for an R1, its the same height, but just a little slimmer. More importantly its higher amps/cold crank then stock for my bike.
