My boss signed an insurance document under my name

I wouldn't be bothered if I'd actually seen the document and answered the questions, but I haven't.

It was only by chance I saw it on his screen during a teams call. I was like.....I can't remember signing that off :confused:

Spoken to a few people here about it, and nobody seems a bit bothered like it's a normal thing. Maybe it is these days.

Depending on your work.. Really serious?

Is it something you'd be liable for signing off it it went wrong?
 
As other's have mentioned this is a serious issue. I have you pulled your boss aside and spoken to him about this.

No, I'm waiting to get a copy of the document from the insurance company first. If I kick off, and it turns out the insurance has a v2 copy with a different name on I'll look like a right idiot.
