What is your budget?
What is the computer to be used for? Gaming, photoshop, video rendering?
Do you need an OS? Screen? KB&M?

Anything specific you want in the build?

I'd revise pretty much the whole thing. There are considerably better PSU's for less money. And at the moment you are going for an APU + GPU when you will get much better computing and video performance from a more powerful CPU like an i5-4690 and a GPU. APU builds are meant mostly for when no GPU will be added, as the focus of the CPU (APU) is on graphics.

The watercooling kit is unnecessary since it only brings enough bits to cool the CPU and there are cheaper AIO's that do the same job. You picked very slow 1333MHz RAM. You are going for R9 290X when there new GTX 970's are out which are better in several ways.

Basically you can get much better for the money in various areas. And you don't need a fan controller. If the fans the case comes with are (a) crap or (b) noisy, just buy better ones and that will work out better in the long run than trying to tune crap ones with a controller. For instance, the ones I've put into the basket below are absolutely quiet on full speed and still push plenty of air and look great. You can use two of them on the H105 liquid cooler as well.

YOUR BASKET
1 x MSI GeForce GTX 970 Gaming Edition 4096MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card £281.99
1 x Gigabyte Z97X-SLI - Devils Canyon Core i5 4690K Bundle **£14 Saving** £258.58
1 x Corsair Hydro H105 Extreme Performance Liquid CPU Cooler (CW-9060016-WW ) £89.99
1 x Crucial MX100 256GB SATA 2.5” 7mm SSD + 9.5mm Adapter (CT256MX100SSD1) £74.99
1 x EVGA SuperNova B2 750W '80 Plus Bronze' Hybrid Modular Power Supply (110-B2-0750-VR) £74.99
1 x Kingston HyperX 8GB (2x4GB) PC3-17100C11 2133MHz Dual Channel Kit - Black/Red (HX21C11BRK2/8-OC) £67.99
1 x Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200RPM SATA 6Gb/s 64MB Cache - OEM (ST2000DM001) HDD £60.98
1 x Aerocool GT-A Window Midi-Tower - Black £59.99
1 x LG GH24NSB0 24x DVD±RW SATA ReWriter (Black) - OEM £13.99
1 x Silverstone Cable Extension Value Bundle - Black & Red £13.16
1 x Silverstone PCI 8-Pin to 6 +2- pin PCIe Cable 25 cm - Black / Red £4.24
1 x Silverstone PCI 8-Pin to 6 +2- pin PCIe Cable 25 cm - Black / Red £4.24
1 x No Molex to SATA Adapter Required £0
5 x Aerocool DS Edition Fan - Red - 120mm £12.49 (£62.45)
Total : £1,085.28 (includes shipping : £14.75).

More power for less cost. If you still want to spend £1200, then go for an i7-4790K and better case/fancier RAM maybe.

Thank you All

You have great points that i should have pointed out myself. Hence the reason i asked for some advice.

The fan ontroaller was primarily for the temprature reasons.

What can i buy which displays tempratures of specific components using roes like the controller uses.

I noticed that build has 2 Hard drives.

I have never used a SSD before do i need both as i have a 4 TB Server.

Also dont want a External DVD Writer I already have one simular to that.

The DS 200 case above has a built in fan controller. There are a couple of good reviews of the case on the interweb

It is actually a nice case (For an Aerocool)

You put the operating system and some of your games/most used programs on the SSD. The normal mechanical hard drive is used for mass storage.

With an SSD your boot times, and general snappiness will be a whole lot better.

The external DVD drive was just for aesthetics so as not to spoil the front of the case with a 'black' drive.

@lee32uk, the G2 PSU is out of stock everywhere and will most likely be like that for a while, I'd recommend changing that in the spec.

And for the sake of spending an extra £20 just for a window, I'd grab a better case that has a window already, Corsair 540 springs to mind.

funny i just changed it to that exact i7 Bundle.

Please can someone let me know how to link the basket like that ?

OK i got to this at the minute.

this may go over budget a little.

what i seem to need is a PSU & DVD RW Drive

Also i have a question about the Memory it says its 2400MHz

The Mobo says that it supports Memory 4 x DIMM, Max. 32GB, DDR3 3200(O.C.)/3100(O.C.)/3000(O.C.)/2933(O.C.)/2800(O.C.)/2666(O.C.)/2600(O.C.)/2500(O.C.)
/2400(O.C.)/2200(O.C.)/2133(O.C.)/2000(O.C.)/1866(O.C.)/1600/1333 MHz

(O.C) Does that mean Overclocked or something ?
Will it support the 2400Mhz Memory.

It will support it just fine

Asus have atrocious support should your board go wrong, so I would stay stick with the Gigabyte
No extra HDD for storage? You might run out of that 256GB very quickly
Don't like the look of that case at all :( Would suggest the BitFenix Ronin/Enthoo Pro for that budget

Otherwise is good :) Though that RAM is a bit pricey

Is your budget around £1000 or £1200?

Not many Gigabyte support Dual Channel DDR3 Memory.

I have 4 TB server which i store everything on only Os and Games install on the Pc itself.

I like the case :|

My Budget is flexable

Don't support dual channel memory? :o
I think they do, just perhaps not written on the Gigabyte/OcUK website, but all the mid-range/high-end motherboards will support dual channel DDR3, if they don't I'd be seriously worried :S
Gigabyte website shows it does support dual channel

As for the case, it looks good but features wise it doesn't seems all that great - your decision though, so go for what you want!

How about something like this?
