Have decided to go back to my usual creatine dosage.
For the last week I've been taking up to 3 each day. Unfortunately, they've had caused an unhealthy result. I'm going to the loo far too often. Im not a happy dude!
Interesting. Studies would indicate that concerns about diarrohea are unfounded.

The easy quesiton is: "what else are you taking with the creatine?"
However, your 'dosing' may well be excessive - have you tried a simple 5g/day, every day (as LiE - and myself - work with)? Unless you're measuring out 5g on a suitably sensitive set of scales (kitchen scales aren't great for this), then you could well be sticking in up to 30g/creatine a day..
