So a couple of issues.
I have a Ryzen 1700 build auto OC to 4ghz using Asus auto overclocking on a Hero 6 board.
Basically I have 2 issues which are starting to get on my janglies.
First is EVERY time I turn on my computer it takes 3 attempts to boot, it turns on, then off then on then off then finally boots.
This is everytime I turn my computer on from a cold boot.
The second issue is in regards to gaming. Which for the life of me I can't understand why.
Simply put if I wake up my PC from sleep and play a game I move and play slower than everyone else.
LITERALLY slower, in Rainbow 6 siege, I physically move slower, I can't shoot people, I cant shoot destroyable gadgets.
In Killing Floor 2 I can kill things normally but again even when sprinting I move about half the speed as anyone else.
When I restart my computer everything works normally and I move at the same speed as everyone else.
I cannot however for the life of me work out whats causing it, there is no reason and it has only been doing this since I upgraded.
Does anyone know what could be causing this?
EDIT:
Another a problem which I have found related is my computer clock.
It continuously drops out of sync and starts slowing down getting minutes behind, but again on a fresh restart it stays up to date and working, it's only when waking up from sleep does this start happening.
