My computer wont turn on.

Well, after leaving it a while, i decided to give the new PSU a try, and it works again. So it is obviously a very tempremental cable somewhere in there. The question is, return it or try and stick it out?
 
Right, everything is working perfectly, all except the sound through the headphones is non-existant. Any fixes?

Oh and thanks to everyone who helped with the other problems.
