Slightly off subject see you run a HIS X1900 Crossfire Master ICEQ3 Card, Is that something You have Stocked or can get ? not seen them around in the UK !
 
Conroe is best with faster mem speed than timings. Try and get the mem as fast as possible.

2ndly, get a better cooler on it! 60-65C is rubbish! Im sure you have stock somewhere which is better ;)
 
Easy Tiger !!, That Boy was evaluating Coolers way before You and I were members...You can't always go by reviews and comparisons seen elsewhere !
