MY CPU IS STUCK...HELP!!!!!!

Did the same with my 620. Used some isopropyl alcohol to loosen it and was thankfully lucky as you. Nearly **** myself though.
 
Just need to make sure that you "use" the machine before removing the CPU.
Plenty of times it;s stuck to the heatsink but it'll always come off if it's been used or if it's hot.
