It may be that you have a faulty heat sensor. Try running your HSF on max and monitor your temps.

Or you may have something running in the background that you're unaware of bumping up your temps - bring up the 'task manager' and check 'peformance'.

From your edit it shows only 2% usuage - can you record your temps and cpu usage over a period of time just to check that nothing is intermitently kicking into action?

If nothing is, and your temps are still fluctuating, then it's either a faulty sensor, possibly a failing HS fan or your HS isn't seated properly.

I've had a few mobo's with faulty sensors - it's more of an annoyance than a problem - but it does hinder overclocking and identifying stability issues.

Doesn't sound that far off if you're using the stock cooler, just make sure it's all fitted correctly.

Also try Coretemp as it's far more accurate.

try a bios update if its available?
I used to have a similar problem with an older abit, updating the bios sorted it.

I knew i forgot something.

Yep, the above sorted the same problem with one my old abit boards (yours wasn't the notorious 'socket a' mb by any chance?). But, if after you've tried all the above and you still have a problem - it's most likely a faulty sensor.
