Looks like luck was on your side that time, hits home how easily these things happen.
Only car ive ditched was a Nova, too quick on a damp road, was looked lame compared to that though.

You are not going to solve a problem that is as as old as the car itself by whinging about it on the internet.

Besides he cant be that young as Avis wont rent to young people.

I was wondering if anyone was goin to catch onto the fact that I hadn't mentioned my age.

I was 22 at the time of the crash, had been driving 4 years. It was a bad set of circumstances mixed with a bit of bad judgement.

Could it have been avoided if I'd been going slower? Absolutely.

On a more serious note, it's a great testament to new car safety if you can walk away from a crash like that without serious injury.

It really is. I actually had hardly any whiplash either, the airbags must have been super fast.
