Ivy Bridge yes by way of a Bios update, I believe.

Yep. Sorry forgot about the max. @Mawat, the best DX11 Gaming PC you can build for £600 probably would involve the AMD A8-3850 and the HD 6670 1GB GPU.

I'm looking at doing the build for around 550/600 without a gfx card, and then buying a gfx card at a little later stage, as so not to break the bank all in one go

Anyone give me ideas for what graphics card I should finalise on? I'd quite like to be able to play the latest games on HD and in the future, but I don't want to spend huge amounts. I was looking at the 560Ti.

With regards to motherboard, I still haven't been able to decide

oh and with the graphics card I'm confused, do you want to buy now or in the future? post you say the £550/600 is without the card, then next post you're asking for idea on what card to get.

if you're not buying now then wait till the new cards are released.
