Yeah I have had this problem before. Certain double rads won't fit the rear of the 1200.
I know only the EK 240mm fits and a Swiftech rad (can't remember the exact model).

Granted its a lot easier to fit a 240 to the rear exhaust fans but as you say some just dont fit. I had that problem. For the sake of removing 10 screws and drilling 2 more it is really an easy job to fit a 240 rad up top. But I do agree for ease attaching it to the rear fans or buying a mounting bracket so you could fit a 360 on the rear of the case is the easiest option. Benefit of fitting it up top is that everything is housed in the case.
I think it is to do with the case more than the rad - rad screw hole spacing is ok but it was the case holes which are not drilled properly - at least in my case!
why hasn't any one found a problem with the side fan? Is it only me?
